Terra Gothica Incognita

The goal of this project, supported by several towns in Istria, was to develop the visual identity of a new cross-border destination that would reflect the main objectives of the initiative, such as preserving the shared medieval cultural heritage of the Karst, Istria, and the Slovenian coast from oblivion and decay, enhancing the cultural heritage through the development of a cross-border cultural-tourism destination and cross-border products, implementing various methods of heritage interpretation and promotion to raise awareness among the local population about its importance and potential, and reviving the common cultural identity. We developed a modular system for the complete visual identity to ensure it is adaptable to all project participants and applicable in every possible context.
